RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise will be gladly exchanged within 90 days or returned within 30 days of purchase provided the customer has the receipt and the merchandise is in “ORIGINAL CONDITION.”

Merchandise must be in Original Condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Tracie’s Boots & Buckles LLC will not exchange merchandise that has been worn, damaged or otherwise deemed to not be in original condition nor can we accept merchandise that has been altered or monogrammed.

When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. All Continental United States orders over $50.00 qualify for free returns.

Please contact us prior to returning an item that cost less than $50 or orders outside of the continental United States.
